This baby is mine :)

There are already many blogs describing this piece so I won't spend time repeatng the specifications:

But note the transparent sub-dials showing the movement - also the 1/100 second counter at 10 o'clock

The movement is made of rose gold, as usual

A couple of 'loose' wrist shots...

And living happily with the rest of the Journe family smile

My apologies for the mug shots using a smart phone with improper lighting. I promise to take better pictures when I get around to it...

Very impressive FP Journe collection with one of my target inside (The Chronometre Bleu). Best wishes Alkiro

Thanks. You mean this?

The Octa Lune in the group picture above is in WG (not tantalum) and was made in a limited production of 12 pieces

 By: samwan : October 9th, 2016-22:38
One of the 12 was presented to President Xi of China to commemorate 50 years of diplomatic Sino-French relationship. These words were indeed engraved on the dial, in the red square between 2 and 3 o'clock. Unfortunately, it cannot be read by the naked eye...

No problem at all. It's the mug shots...

 By: samwan : October 10th, 2016-00:44
They look very similar in the hastily taken pictures, but are in fact quite different in the flesh.... The Chronometre Bleu is indeed a lovely piece and I regretted parting with it Best Sam

+1 [nt]

Gorgeous piece :)

 By: Makilla : October 9th, 2016-23:23
love the polished titanium case against the rose gold crown ... That's a stunning Journe family as well. Wear them all in the best of health Laurent

Thanks. It is a flashy piece because of the color combo

 By: samwan : October 10th, 2016-00:46
The titanium tourbillon is a neater piece in comparison because of the less busy-looking dial

Oh the tourbillon is also titanium?

 By: Makilla : October 10th, 2016-23:13
Didn't know they had so many titanium versions.

Yes

 By: samwan : October 11th, 2016-08:27
This is a better shot ...

Amazing Journe collection!!!

 By: sleepy_templar : October 9th, 2016-23:38
Will you travel around the boutiques to get every 10th year edition?

Of course No. They are all the same

 By: samwan : October 10th, 2016-00:51
except for the engraved boutique names at the back. I suspect there will be around 100 pieces altogether at the end of the production Come to think of it, it makes sense to collect a whole titanium set - the CS, the Tourbillon, the Resonance, the Calendri...

That will be an amazing line up!!!

 By: sleepy_templar : October 10th, 2016-03:04
I will look forward to seeing your pictures when you made it! Unfortunately not for me, I personally love diversity, there are so many amazing pieces out there but the budget has a limit unfortunately. But nothing stops me to enjoy eye candies from you gu...

One minor point, if we're thinking about the same Boutique Anniversary collection...

 By: CR : October 12th, 2016-05:58
FPJ's calendar watch in the Boutique Anniversary collection was the Octa Perpetuelle, not the Octa Calendrier. FPJ used the occasion of a Boutique Anniversary edition to finally release a perpetual calendar version of the annual calendar (Octa Calendrier)...

You are right.

 By: samwan : October 12th, 2016-06:56
I was thinking one thing and typing another. In fact, I accompanied a friend to the boutique and bought the Octa Perpetuelle when it was launched....

Oh my..neve been a centigraphe fan but..

 By: moc : October 10th, 2016-00:38
I must admit that I ve been looking at this watch for the last two weeks so much. Huge congratulations, especially paired with that wonderful edition of the tourbillon souvereign. Well done samwan! Mo

The Centigraphe is an interesting concept but the measurement of 1/100 second is indeed more gimmicky than in practice. That second hand can

 By: samwan : October 10th, 2016-00:56
at best handle 1/6 of a second.... The titanium design does make it more appealing, I must admit. Best Sam

Congratulations!

Thanks Andrew.

A new model is coming soon. Can't wait to see it in the flesh

Wow, that was quick.

Very nice watch, congratulations. Thanks for sharing your Journe family. Vte

I registered my interest when rumours started

 By: samwan : October 10th, 2016-04:25
several months ago, and was able to picture what the real watch looks like There are two Lange's in the pipeline but I probably have to wait for a few months.....

What a collection!

Wonderful collection

What a stunning collection. Thank you for sharing the group picture. I'm sorry we did not meet at the Sevva event. It was a fun evening and I think Ambos and I were last to leave having enjoyed a very pleasant chat and cigar outside amidst the rain. I hop...

I left early with some watch friends for a dinner.

 By: samwan : October 12th, 2016-03:08
Love to chat one day. Best Sam

Very nice, Sam -- congrats!

 By: CR : October 12th, 2016-05:41
I hope the Centigraphe is trouble-free and you continue to enjoy it! I've come to really like these boutique editions with the combination of white metal/titanium and rose gold. Nice catch!

Yes, I heard some horror stories

 By: samwan : October 12th, 2016-06:53
But so far, so good. Touch wood.

Dude, this is an awesome FPJ grouping

 By: Bounce781 : October 15th, 2016-12:22
I hope you get a lot of love at the AD/boutique when you walk in. Amazing watches. Congrats

what a beautiful specimen you got there

By: Mohannad (aka Riddler) : October 18th, 2016-01:44
congrats on this beautiful piece the centigraph is my favourite Journe

Thanks

 By: samwan : October 21st, 2016-03:56
Originally when the Centigraphe was launched, I thought the dial was a bit busy. Nevertheless, with this anniversary edition, my impression changed....

Wow Sam!

 By: sham1 : October 18th, 2016-05:39
You never fail to surprise me! You seem to have the best watches and manage to get your hand on the most exclusive ones. May I politely ask how large is your collection?! Best wishes, Sham

Thanks for the compliment

 By: samwan : October 21st, 2016-04:00
I regularly part with pieces that I don not wear (i.e. fell out of love) so I only have a modest collection of 70-80 watches. I have a few friends who own hundreds, or even thousands of time pieces....

Ha! Ha! :-)

 By: sham1 : October 21st, 2016-04:09
You are far too modest Sam! 70-80 watches and taking into account the type of watches you are collecting is not a modest collection at all by any standards - you can hold your own exhibition should you so desire! I have a 4 watch collection ( soon to be 3...

Congratulations, Sam!

That's a wonderful collection you have the CTT is the perfect addition. If you ever decide to party ways with your TT, please let me know ;-).

Wow!

 By: gensiulia : November 7th, 2016-23:38
Seems that you have a small spot for the dial / strap combo! Astonishing collection! Love Journe.

I was in love when I first saw the titanium/burgundy strap combo

 By: samwan : November 8th, 2016-20:07
I was prepared to sell all my watches in exchange for the tourbillon piece when it was first launched.

Congratulations

 By: Chronocles : November 8th, 2016-17:27
Sam, congrats this timepiece speaks to me very well. Like all of his titanium and rose gold boutique pieces. Ive fallen in love with this combination ever since I've seen this model. The Calendrier perpetual with the titanium bracelet. I can happily say t...

Thanks

 By: samwan : November 8th, 2016-20:09
But I have to say that I prefer the burgundy strap combo....it goes very well with the rose gold accent and the ruthenium dial

Cant argue with that

 By: Chronocles : November 10th, 2016-08:48
that strap just makes that watch, the color reflects so well with that dial.
