The "Cheese Watch"

Feb 25, 2017,23:50 PM

I was quite surprised that all the imperfections such as air pockets and craters on the case were unapologetically represented on the case. Good for Moser!

While the "Cheese Watch" was an eye-opener, it is not for me.

The red dial on this "normal" Moser, on the other hand, has me going gaga!

Wow! This is beautiful!!
I can't help gushing over it!!

The horse hair strap tends to fray easily though...

Put me down for one!

Alfred

which for me confirm that neither would do it - for the red dial. At least from these pictures, they are too 'loud' for me (particularly in comparison with their other fumé dials) and I find them a bit out of place in classically designed watches. Thanks ...

Loud I think is an understatement...

Especially with the cheese edition. But the red fumé does get my heart beating faster. While I have my bluish Moser for dressier occasions, this piece is a definite "Look at me!!" watch ...

Nice "mad cow red eye" :-)

im a fan of the fume dials from Moser as you know. I suspect the red will work better in our plain concept fume dials than this one you saw. Red is a seductive color and if done right, very beautiful on the wrist! Cheers Robin

I think I would be kicked out of the shop...

...if I dragged my nose all over this piece...

Wow, you saw and smelled the cheese watch !

After seeing the funny video and reading the news about it, I was under the impression that it was a unique piece. Is that the case? Where did you see these watches? Cheers, Gordon

Yes Gordon, the Cheese Watch is a unique.

Though I don't know if it was the "genuine" one and only or some kind of prototype. I'm studying the craters and pockmarks of my pics vs. those on other watch websites... I'm more interested in the white gold, lactose free version. Neither pieces were for...

I actually liked it!

I believe Moser is really taking the responsibility of facing the industry\'s challenges one watch at a time! Good for them. ...

Loud and quite proud!

Just saw the accompanying video. What a novel approach to a making a serious point. Can\'t pull stunts like this all the time or they lose their efficacy, but this was a good time to take a stand. Hard not to like Moser and these watches are quite interes...
