I've visited 'de fabriek' (la manufacture). And i did ask. But they wouldn't tell me. It used to be ETA. But when ETA stopped supplying outsiders they had to switch to something else. but I think they use Soprod and Technotime. But I have got that from he... 

Great Showtime show. Getting back to the watch...wow!

Have wanted one for a long time. It a bit dubious now that the man himself no longer owns the brand. I think his role is a creative consultant or something like that. (Happy to be corrected if I got that wrong)

What they told me a few year back he is some sort of a 'consultant'. But I'm quite sure he still checks the technical designs of new complications. Wouldn't call it dubious though. Why would you? The founders of Rolex, ALS, Patek, etc, etc are all dead as... 

However, what I mean by "dubious" is that the connection between CVDK "the man" and CVDK "the brand" has changed now and is for better or worse more tenuous that when the company was his. We have seen what happens when eponymous brands get taken over by o... 

Although I can't see them inventing another Planetarium. That's a once in a lifetime achievement. Their latest Real Moon Tides is a nice release.
