I also had bad experiences with AP, Lange and some others. And yes, that is why I was so happy about this. Your point is completely true. We sre conditioned to expect ridiculous times and costs for service.

Unfortunately it isn't, not even close, thus the high praises for a brand that delivers. It is perfectly consistent with our expectations of brands. If we do not praise brands for their good service, how would they know this actually will bring them more ...
