Need to find a watch to compliment the backpack and briefcase/messenger bag below. The PAM372 and IWC Big Pilot are obvious choices but I need something suitable for an Asian size wrist. I've looked at the smaller IWC Pilots and Panerai Luminors but I think they lose a bit of flavor in the downsizing so I'm hoping you gentlemen have some fresh ideas. Oh, and lets take Rolex off the table too, though I did consider the new 2016 37mm steel Yachtmaster with anthracite color dial.

I think the lug to lug is 50-52mm vs 48mm lug to lug for most 40mm diameter watches

That one is a gem and fits as a great watch. Not too small despite the numbers, and has a pretty significance presence, especially on the bracelet.

How about the 38.5mm Aqua Terra?
The Annual Calendar version or GMT complications add additional function, plethora of material and color choices. Plus arguably the best movement being produced in any quantity.
My pick.. Zenith Pilot
Zenith Pilot Type 20 40mm .. they wear small since the lug are very short just like those on 372.. However IMHO to suit your ChromeHeart bag you chose, you do need the bronze case (zenith Pilot type20 bronze 45mm) with brown leather strap.

tropical dial
i love how the dial matches the strap exactly but that tropical dial looks too good to be true which makes me skeptical....lots of fake tropical dials out of asia now.
