The Pterodactyl has landed - not sure about Padj but I like it
For some months now there have been strap dares around on PuristSPro. I suppose the ball got rolling with Arie fitting a camo strap onto his Lange 1815. We have long been waiting for his pink NATO, which finally arrived in Zagreb 
And Padj has in his turn been daring me to go for a chicken leg leather one - codenamed Pterodactyl, since the two animals are remotely related 
And finally the strap arrived. So Bergeon tool at the ready, I got right to it. So here are the results.
It looks somewhat different from the usual reptiles but it's nicely supple and I have to say I quite enjoy the look
So to all of you who have always wanted to take your wrist on a wild leather ride, I can only recommend it. It comes in stealthier colours like black and grey, too, btw.

I like that strap - it's like an ostrich strap I adore
Now that you have prompted me, I might take a look in the strap drawer for something to spruce up my Presage collection ... ...

Compared to Cazalea we are all amateurs. Be it Citroens, Grand Seikos, Seikos, model cars, straps... everything
The NATO is too thick for the 1815
Lange made sure that no pink NATO will be linked with it.
I would not make bold statements like this...
Or else the MPG gang will find one that fits

Not something to emulate, but as long as it's piling up faster than going out, I can sustain the pace

The only thing is that watch makers use such diverse dimensions...
I have 18/16, 19/16, 20/14, 20/16, 20/18, 22/18 and 22/20 in my small collection and there are so many more... Which makes it a bit harder...

The color, the texture-everything about it. Of course, as Louis CK says: It always ends bad for the chicken.
