I would like to propose a minimum post count to post in the collectors' market as there have been many fraudulent sellers who upload with low posts-count. It would be very sad indeed if someone actually fell for this con trick.

For an individual I think it should be a combination of time and numbers.
To get the ball rolling I would offer 6 months and 50 posts. For a verifiable business I wouldn't think either criteria need apply.
