There is not much meat in it.
Folks usually suck the braised parts. In Singapore there's another dish with similar idea, where you suck the bone marrow. Cheers PAt
I must say the taste is like that!
Never try such spicy but tasty food like the sichuanese cuisine. It is addictive!
