I am gland you found an excuse bring some wine and food into the occasion. The 07 Beaucastel looks like it would be happy with your Duck or is it Quail.

...you're correct----the beaucastel went very well with the quail,it was fully matured but will continue to drink well for years to come. Hope you have received your p15 too---great watch!
