L.U.C XPS New Models - (perhaps) World's Fastest Live Photos!
As I just have been to the factories and they let me take photos (with embargo then), although I am still preparing the report, let me share with you the live photos of the new L.U.C XPS series. Just superb.
(yeah, yeah, yeah, if the date window were not there.... but still better than 6h position)
A very sleek design with only 12h arabic index.
Beautifully finished 96.01 caliber, with Geneva Seal.

"XPS" insignia is now on top of the watch.
Today, it is called 96.01-L (don't know what "-L" means, though)

This thinness makes this a superb dress watch, or business.
Geneva Seal - meaning, the movement has been assembled in Geneva (more on my report later).
Rose Gold. Also, very nicely re-made. But please notice - no date!
But no Geneva Seal, either.
That said, the finishing of the movement is on the same level as the platinum one with the Geneva Seal. The difference? Accuracy, maybe.

The new XPS series look very handsome and sophisticated. Wonderful, IMHO. Bang for the buck, as always.

The date on this one isn't too bad for two reasons...
1. The applied markers remain the same size all around. 2. It is at the '3' position and doesn't interrupt the sub-second hand. Love the thinness. Great photos...thank you once again. m

Not much difference from the previous generation.
Personally, I prefer the L.U.C XPS Poinçon de Genève in platinum. The indexes aren't sharp.
Can you grab 50 no date models for a special P16 edition, please?

All three are very nice. The only comment I have is that I found the dauphine hands on the first generation XPS a tad more elegant than the dauphine fusee ones here. Sure, the latter are a Chopard LUC hallmark but appear a tad sportier to me in this insta...
Yes, the hands may require a bit of "getting used to", but as most L.U.C now have these hands, we may have to accept these as "L.U.C standard"...:-)

Hello, thank you for the nice pictures! Can you give some more information about sizes? I've got a thin wrist and I'm in the market for a classic dress watch between 35 and 37mm maximum.
The Spec says....
SIze: 40mm Thickness: 7.20mm My wrist is small, too (16.5mm), but it didn't look too big.... Hope this helps! Ken
