does anyone know or can describe which is the correct box for the Breguet Marine Big Date 5817 ST/12/smo? or better yet, a picture of the box? thank you for any information.

To my knowledge it shoud be a blue leather/wood box with cream inlay and pillow. Cheers Henrik

Yes, it is: my box is for 3300/4400/8400 series.... but I have seen this box for Big Date too; it dipends for year of production.

Breguet Marine was introduced on 90s; Big date 5817 on 2004, if I remember well. The green laquered box that I show y (and I am selling) as I told y is for 4400/5400/8400 90s models. ...

thanks guys for all your replies/pics. I'm honing in---mine is from the early 2000's (probably no later than 2005)--guess i should have mentioned that originally!

All the same boxes for 3 Marines and a classique, all with papers, all from different sources, two new, two pre-owned, 15 year spread. The box looks different from the ones pictured in that the wood is richly stained in a medium wood color but not colored... 

what years are each of yours? are any Big Dates? If so, when were the 5817 Big Dates introduced, if you happen to know. Thank you.

I have a big date in yg from 2005, iirc. The others are from 2012 and 2016 (and a classique from 2015). I was under the impression the big date was from the late 90s when Swatchgroup bought Breguet. Oops, I see above, someone is saying 2004. I almost boug...
