Possibly one of the best modern sport chronos...

... and not only from the looks ๐Ÿ˜‰

5Hz movement with true 1/10 of a second indication, 50h power reserve, 300m water resistant with non screwed down pushers that can actually be operated under water, ceramic bezel with Liquidmetal inlay, sunburst dial, easily readable, great lume and a beautiful case with brushed finish. Available in grey or black ceramic and steel, each version with different dial color. And of course the option of two different style straps and a bracelet for the steel version.

Now, you may argue whether it should be part of the Fifty Fathoms family since a diver and a chrono are not the traditional match... still it remains to be a versatile and beautiful timepiece ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Cheers
Henrik

Good finishing, cool design, especially in the blacked version on a Nato strap... I wouldn't mind owning one myself!

That first image should be the cover of a romance novel!

โ€œFifty Shades of Fathomsโ€

I think it is!

But I don't know as much as you do... So, this movement is (anecdotal evidence) very accurate, 5Hz, robust, resistant to magnetism, column wheel, vertical clutch, hacking, excellent pusher feel for start/stop/reset. Do you have competitors to suggest?

Nice...

The speedy and the El Primero are indeed great. I do think of the F385 as an evolution, an improvement on those earlier movements. I'm not sure the datograph has a robust "sporty" movement like the other 3, though it is a sporty looking watch. For sure it...

If you think about sports watches the Datograph...

... may probably not be on the list, although it is (besides the 1815 Chrono) clearly one of the most desirable chronographs ๐Ÿ˜‹ Cheers Henrik

Weโ€™ll say โ€œclassy sport chronosโ€ for the Dato ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜

Almost a diving watch too with this platinum case. You donโ€™t need dive weight ๐Ÿ˜‚ Best wishes Alkiro

I love my Bathyscaphe as well! You mentioned something I did not realize before,

that it beats at 5hz and you can operate the chrono under water. Very cool!
