The Fleuritest is designed to assess the accuracy of the cased-up watch under 'real world' conditions. The watches are mounted in a machine that simulates the movement of the arm during quiet activity (think Andrew typing this post) all the way to active sports (think Novak Djokovic beating Andy Murray in the Australian Open). There were, unfortunately, no tennis matches being played at the FQF the day I visited, but the video will give you an idea of the equipment that was designed and built for this horological testing laboratory.
